Your ZKIN camera bag is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:
The ZKIN Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 12 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.
In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your bag, or if you purchased a ZKIN bag no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a ZKIN bag of the same or similar model/color. The ZKIN warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft. Please contact us at zkin@pixelone.com.au to proceed with your warranty claim.
The ZKIN Special Care warranty
To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 14 days after purchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. If you believe your bag is under the special care warranty, please send an email to zkin@pixelone.com.au, indicating in the subject of the email “Special Care” and in the text, your address and telephone. We will be happy to assist you in this process.
The ZKIN Special Care warranty does not cover
Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire;
Any damage of any part of the bag resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, stains, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the bag.Zkin Australia ships with Startrack owned by Australia Post.
All orders require a signature on delivery as proof or delivery.
Orders addressed to P.O box and G.P.O box, will be shipped by Startrack by may be delivered by Australia Post and extra time should be allocated for these orders.
Shipping Transit Times
Shipping time refers to the estimated time that it will take to deliver your order after its ready to ship (Please note this does not include time to process your order). Shipping time does not commence after your order is put through but begins the moment your order has been processed and is ready to dispatch via the freight carrier of choice.
Standard Shipping
All shipping includes FREE insurance from door to door. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order if it has been damaged in transit.

Packages below 5kg are usually received 2-4 business days after shipping. Packages above 5kg please allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.
If no one is available at your delivery address to accept your order a second delivery may be scheduled or you will be notified that your order can be collected from your nearest Australia Post or Australia Post Business center.
2. Rural Areas – Startrack or Australia Post
All orders are generally processed on the same day the order was placed on business days between 9am-4pm. Generally, orders are processed and shipped the same day or next Business day. Packages below 5kg are usually received 2-5 business days after shipping. Packages above 5kg please allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.
If no one is available at your delivery address to accept your order a second delivery may be scheduled or you will be notified that your order can be collected from your nearest Australia Post.

Tracking your order
When your order ships you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. If you receive your tracking number before 6 pm (Sydney time) it may not be updated on the Courier’s website until that evening.

- These expected delivery dates/times are based on courier shipping practices, your destination and the items in your order.
- Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to fraud verification or time of the order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Order cut off times are based on normal Business Hours and exclude weekends and Public Holidays: Monday – Friday 2 pm
