The enormous mountain formation that makes up Seceda was the end goal of my tiring transit to the Italian Dolomites. Most people spend a week exploring the area, I did it in 3 days. I rose early from my rifugio and made my way to the famous spot under the guidance of a fellow photographer who was also making his way up there. As the light poked out from behind the largest peak I managed to capture this shot. It was only luck that the guy in the red jacket was walking there at this time.
