Most of circular filters are made of brass/aluminium frame, but these kind of materials are heavy and not ideal under cold weather conditions. Because of that, NiSi created a Titanium Alloy Frame Pro Nano UV Cut -395. It’s made of Titanium Alloy Frame with Nano coated optical glass. They feature a lightweight, durability and high definition design:

 

– Titanium Alloy Frame is light, hard, anti-corrosive, heat-resisting and with good performance under very low temperature. The density of Titanium is 4.54g／cm3, it’s almost half of the volume of the same weight steel, and the hardness is twice of aluminum. Its good anti-corrosion ability makes it able to endure strong acid and base. Its melting point is 1942K, about 1000k higher than gold and 500k higher than steel. It’s commonly used in aerospace industry and missiles.

 

– Lens Standard Optical Glass Lens standard optical glass H-K9L is high homogeneous with super low impurity and has good physical and chemical performance. It is usually processed to high precision optical element such as lens, prism, plane mirror etc.

 

– UV Cut Nano Coating Nano coating cut the UV light below 395nm, and effectively avoid the fuzziness situation. It makes sure high transmittance and ultra low reflection on the glass surface. It enables the visible light come through evenly and control the colour balance. Also there’s a super strong waterproof coating with anti-scratch ability. It’s easier to remove the dust, fingerprint, water stains, and keep the filters clean.

 

– Matte Black inside the frame using electroplating processing to avoid the reflection of light. On the outer side of the ring the turning by diamond cutters shows the original colour of Titanium. It looks great and is elegant.

 

– Ultra High Definition Optical glass is after precision annealing which effectively eliminates the stress. Each piece of glass passes strictly HD test, and reaches the standard for HD photograph with all kind of lens and there is no loss of image quality. Black matte paint is all around the glass edge to avoid the influence caused by stray light.

Your NiSI Filters and Filter Holders come with a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions:

 

The NiSi Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 12 months. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.  NiSi Australia will only provide warranty for NiSi filters purchased from NiSi Australia or it’s authorised Dealers.

The NiSi warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, loss or theft. Please contact us at sales@pixelone.com.au to proceed with your warranty claim.

 

The NiSi Special Care warranty

To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 14 days after purchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. If you believe your Filter is under the special care warranty, please send an email to sales@pixelone.com.au, indicating in the subject of the email “Special Care” and in the text, your address and telephone. We will be happy to assist you in this process.

 

The NiSi Special Care warranty does not cover

Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire;
Any damage of any part of the filter resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, stains, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the filter.

NiSi Australia ships with Startrack which is owned by Australia Post.

 

All orders require a signature on delivery as proof or delivery.

 

Orders addressed to P.O box and G.P.O box, will be shipped by Startrack but may be delivered Australia Post and extra time should be allocated for these orders.

 

Shipping Transit Times 

Shipping time refers to the estimated time that it will take to deliver your order after its ready to ship (Please note this does not include time to process your order). Shipping time does not commence after your order is put through but begins the moment your order has been processed and is ready to dispatch via the freight carrier of choice.

 

All shipping includes FREE insurance from door to door.  Please contact us as soon as you receive your order if it has been damaged in transit.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order.  If you receive your tracking number before 6 pm (Sydney time) it may not be updated on the Courier’s website until that evening.

• These expected delivery dates/times are based on courier shipping practices, your destination, and the items in your order.
• Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to fraud verification or time of the order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.
